Routine stability
Preferred days and times are noted wherever the roster allows, because predictability matters.
A clean, organised home can make daily routines easier and safer. We provide domestic cleaning support around agreed tasks, communication preferences and access needs, with a calm approach for participants, families and support coordinators.
We start with the practical details: what tasks are funded and agreed, who will be present, how access works, and any sensory or routine preferences we should respect.
Typical tasks can include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, rubbish removal and general surface cleaning. More complex situations may need staged planning so the work stays safe and manageable.
Let us know if a support worker, family member or coordinator should be included in scheduling or updates.
Consistent cleaning support can reduce day-to-day stress, improve hygiene and help people maintain routines in a way that respects privacy and independence.
Preferred days and times are noted wherever the roster allows, because predictability matters.
Tasks are agreed with the participant or representative, and adjusted within funded scope when needs change.
Communication can include participants, families, support workers or plan managers as approved.
We are cleaners, not planners or support coordinators. We stay inside the agreed cleaning scope, communicate clearly and flag when a task needs different support.
We keep communication respectful and predictable: everyone involved knows what’s included, how visits run, and how to adjust when routines change.
We clarify plan management, priorities and any sensitivities—so the first visit starts on the right foot.
Together we agree tasks, realistic time on site and how often support cleaning makes sense.
Each session follows the agreed focus areas—hygiene-first, steady pacing, and notes when something needs a different approach.
As needs shift, we revisit frequency and scope so funding and outcomes stay aligned.

Which NDIS line items fund household cleaning depends on your plan goals and budgets—we’re cleaners, not planners, and we can’t interpret the scheme for you. Your planner, LAC or plan manager can confirm whether domestic assistance sits under Core supports for your situation. Share their guidance when you enquire so we align service descriptions and invoicing with what they’ve approved.
Yes. Many participants use lockbox codes, concierge key release or scheduled handover with a support worker. During intake we note who authorises entry and how access should work on the day; we don’t share those details beyond what’s needed for your visits and we’re happy to follow agency or coordinator protocols you prefer.
Cancellations affect rostering for our team and other participants waiting for slots. We document notice periods and any applicable fees in writing when service starts—typically aligned with NDIS expectations for reasonable notice. The more warning you give, the easier it is to replan fairly for everyone; talk to us early if health or schedule changes.
